New Mays Model Rocket - In Progress
Started at the beginning of 2024 after completing my Cert. in Applied Trajectory Optimization, the New Mays model rocket is a significant upgrade from the Vector Model Rocket (simulation, code architecture, documentation, analysis, etc etc.). Furthermore, the developed control logic is more novel, utilizing weighted least squares optimization for control allocation of the TVC and Aft Fin aero-effectors. Thrust Vector Controlled Model Rocket - Completed
Started in early 2021 and completed in May of 2022 as an attempt to maintain sanity during Covid, I built a thrust "VECTOR" controlled model rocket completely from scratch. Visit the Vector Model Rocket project page to see more information.
